Sales Policy
 Goats:
We will take an interest list for any pairing before they are born. We reserve the right to retain any kids born on our farm from any pairing. If a kid you are on the interest list for is born and made available, you will be contacted after birth before the goat is posted for sale to the public. It is not reserved until a 50% deposit is placed and it can be made available to others before a deposit is placed. Deposits are non-refundable 50% and are required to hold any goat for any period of time. They are accepted in Cash or through Paypal or Zelle. If WE decide not to sell a goat to a buyer who has already placed a deposit for any reason we see fit a deposit will be refunded. Deposits will NOT be refunded if a buyer changes their mind, can no longer pick up the reserved goat, or any other factor. Kids and adults must be picked up within 14 days of the agreed-upon date. After this time, the deposit is forfeited and the kids/adults will be retained or for sale once again. The remaining total is due at pickup. Cash is highly preferred. We reserve the right to refuse a sale of an animal for any reason at any time before pickup.

We will not sell a single kid to a home without other goats. Goats are herd animals and require a companion. Bottle babies are required to have a similar age bottle baby buddy, either from us or another farm. All registered kids will come with their ADGA or AGS papers and be tattooed. Our herd is clean-tested for CAE, CL, and Johnes disease.

We cannot guarantee any height, color, show quality, milking ability, or other trait of a goat. All kids who are not polled will be disbudded. We cannot guarantee against scurs on a disbudded kid. Every kid is inspected for genetic defects to ensure there are no teat defects or undescended testicles. Any bottle babies will be readily taking a bottle before leaving. We pull at birth, so bottle babies would be taking a bottle for a couple weeks minimum before leaving our farm.

All goats will be checked and healthy when they leave our farm. We are not responsible for the health of any goat once it leaves the farm (we cannot know what conditions or factors are outside of our farm), though we will do our best to help you if you have questions or issues with any of our goats. If you can no longer take care of or need to rehome a goat from us, please contact us and we will help you as best we can. In most cases, we cannot take back goats due to biosecurity, but we will try to help with rehoming. We appreciate first right of refusal if you are selling a goat you have bought from us. We will always try to answer any questions or concerns you have. Please don't hesitate to ask!

Rabbits:
All pedigreed rabbits will come with a paper or digital copy of their pedigrees unless otherwise noted. All babies' names will be left blank for the new owner to fill in unless we are requested to print their name (chosen by buyer) before pickup, after a deposit. We will open for 50% deposits on our bunnies at 6 weeks of age. They may leave at 8 weeks of age.
Rabbits can be hard to sex. We do our best to sex them and every bun we have sold so far has been correctly sexed, but mistakes happen and there are no refunds for a wrongly sexed rabbit. We cannot guarantee color, show quality, or any other traits of a bunny.
