We love Sophia's hilarious antics. She has a great love of fabric (and biting holes in it) and she also loves to give you kisses! Her paternal granddam is a daughter of the famous NC Promisedland Ram-Beau, the ELITE (99th percentile) Sugar Moon RB Gianna 2M/2D VVEE89. Gianna made the top ten list in 2018 for production, butterfat, and production! Her dam's sire is full brother to the record-holding Breed Leader for milk production, SG Sugar Moon V Zuzanna 4*M. Besides the obvious advantage in milking potential, I wanted to incorporate these genetics because of their amazing longevity. They stay beautiful and productive into old age, like a true dairy goat should!

First Freshening Udder
Sophia excels in rear attachments and has wonderful, large teats and orifices for hand milking! Her udder also has a very soft texture that milks out nicely. She is a petite doe. I'm excited to see her develop over the next few years.
